Salad bowls, made when you order
Our salads aren't scooped from a tub. Greens and vegetables are cut fresh, tossed when the order comes in, and the dressing goes on the side so nothing wilts on the way to your desk. The garden salad is the everyday choice; the citrus salad is brighter and lighter; the tuna salad bowl is the one people order when they want lunch to actually hold them until dinner.
Poke-style and protein bowls
The poke bowl salad and the tuna steak country bowl are our highest-protein, lowest-fuss options: seared or fresh fish over greens and vegetables, no heavy sauces. If you're eating light through the week, these are the two to rotate.
Breakfast that isn't heavy
Egg whites and mini avocado toast are on from 9:00 AM. Both are straightforward: eggs cooked to order, good bread, real avocado. It's the alternative to a pastry-and-coffee morning.
Vegetarian options
Plenty of the menu is meat-free: garden and citrus salads, popcorn cauliflower, cheese paninis, vegetable wraps, avocado toast and the daily soups. For a vegetarian catering spread, we can build a platter entirely from these, see catering.
Why fresh matters for delivery
Food that's assembled at 6 AM and sits in a case is a different thing from food made when you ask for it. Everything we send out is prepared after your order arrives, packed so the crisp parts stay crisp, and dressed at the table rather than in the kitchen. It's the whole reason we keep the menu the size it is.
