What we cater
Every catering order is built the same way we build a single lunch: cut, mixed and assembled that morning at 503 River Ave. Nothing is shipped in pre-made.
- Wrap platters: our most-ordered item. Sliced wraps arranged on a tray, mixing grilled chicken, tuna, turkey, and vegetarian fillings so a mixed crowd is covered.
- Salad bowls: garden, citrus, tuna and poke-style bowls in large serving sizes, with dressings packed on the side.
- Hot trays: pastas, popcorn cauliflower, and grilled chicken dishes in half and full pans.
- Appetizer trays: cheese bonbons, buffalo poppers and our ultimate appetizer selection.
- Breakfast spreads: mini avocado toast, egg whites, and pastries for early meetings.
How many people will it feed?
A small platter comfortably serves 8 to 10 people as a main lunch, a large platter 16 to 20. For mixed spreads where guests graze, count on roughly one and a half items per guest. If you tell us the headcount and the occasion when you call, we'll size the order for you rather than guessing.
How to order catering
Two ways, whichever suits you:
- Order online from the platters section of our menu, pick your date at checkout, and pay securely on the site.
- Call (732) 730-7536 and we'll plan the spread with you.
Lead time
Same-day catering orders must be placed by 3:30 PM, and for larger trays we ask for at least 24 hours so everything is prepped fresh rather than rushed. For a big event, a kiddush, a bris, an office party, a few days' notice gives us room to plan.
Delivery or pickup
Catering can be picked up at 503 River Ave in Lakewood or delivered locally for a flat fee. We also run scheduled long-distance routes to Cherry Hill, Philadelphia, Edison, Elkins Park, Scranton and Ventnor City, see the delivery page for the full list of towns and fees.
